Make quick, crispy cinnamon sugar biscuit bites in your air fryer using canned dough for an easy, sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon together for the coating.
  3. Dip each biscuit piece first into the melted butter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Immediately drop the buttered piece into the cinnamon sugar mixture, tossing until well coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the coated biscuit pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; work in batches if necessary.
  7. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Continue cooking until the bites are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, ensure the biscuit pieces are not touching in the air fryer basket during cooking.
  • If you prefer a softer interior, reduce the cooking time by 1 minute.
  • You can substitute brown sugar for granulated sugar in the coating for a deeper flavor.
