A rich, creamy cheesecake featuring layers of classic Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes for a nostalgic holiday dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (10.5 ounces) Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (about 10 cakes)
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Green icing and sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill the crust for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Slice half of the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into thin rounds.
  5. Layer the bottom of the chilled crust with half of the sliced cakes.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the cake layer and spread evenly.
  7. Repeat the layering process with the remaining sliced cakes and the rest of the cheesecake filling.
  8. Place the remaining whole Little Debbie cakes around the top edge of the cheesecake for decoration, pressing them slightly into the filling.
  9. Cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until the cheesecake is firm.
  10. Before serving, carefully remove the springform ring. Garnish the top with extra green icing and festive sprinkles if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe works best as a no-bake cheesecake. If you prefer a baked version, use a traditional baked cheesecake filling recipe and bake at 325°F for 45-55 minutes before chilling.
  • For easier slicing, run a thin knife under hot water before cutting through the chilled cheesecake.
  • You can substitute the graham cracker crust with a vanilla wafer crust for a different flavor profile.
