Ingredients
Scale
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Place the mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
Add the sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder to the bowl.
Stir all ingredients together until completely combined and smooth.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before using on burgers or as a dipping sauce.
Notes
For a tangier flavor, substitute regular dill pickle relish for sweet pickle relish.
If you do not have onion powder or garlic powder, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of onion flakes and 1/8 teaspoon of garlic flakes, though powders mix better.
This sauce thickens slightly as it chills in the refrigerator.
