A simple recipe to recreate the taste and look of the Starbucks Strawberry Açaí Refresher with coconut milk at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Strawberry Açaí Refresher Base (or substitute with 1 cup white grape juice mixed with 1 teaspoon strawberry extract and 1/2 teaspoon passion tea concentrate)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat canned or carton, unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. If using homemade base, mix the white grape juice, strawberry extract, and passion tea concentrate in a shaker or jar.
  2. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour the Strawberry Açaí Base over the ice.
  4. Add the coconut milk to the glass.
  5. Stir gently to combine the base and milk until the drink achieves a uniform pink color.
  6. Add the sliced strawberries.
  7. Taste the drink and add simple syrup or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use the specified coconut milk, which is standard for the Pink Drink.
  • To make this a lower-calorie option, use unsweetened almond milk instead of coconut milk, or reduce the amount of base used.
  • The texture is naturally slightly frothy from shaking the base, but you can shake the final mixture vigorously before pouring for extra foam.
