Make this simple, no-bake frozen yogurt bark using strawberries and yogurt for a refreshing, light summer dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt surface. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if you are using them.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen solid, remove the bark from the parchment paper and break it into irregular pieces.
  7. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For easier removal, you can lightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray before spreading the yogurt.
  • If you prefer a sweeter bark, increase the sweetener slightly, tasting the yogurt mixture before spreading.
  • You can substitute strawberries with other firm fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
