A simple recipe for making a refreshing, café-style iced vanilla chai latte at home using concentrate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Chai Tea Concentrate
  • 4 oz Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Vanilla Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the chai tea concentrate over the ice.
  3. Add the vanilla syrup to the glass.
  4. Pour the milk over the mixture.
  5. Stir well until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
  6. Taste and add more syrup or milk if desired before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use almond, soy, or oat milk.
  • Adjust the amount of chai concentrate for a stronger or weaker flavor.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the vanilla syrup amount.
  • You can make a simple vanilla syrup by simmering 1 part water, 1 part sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves, then cool completely.
