- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- Place the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, almond milk, protein powder (if using), sweetener, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen strawberries and ice cubes last.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, reduce the almond milk slightly or add a few more ice cubes.
- Use a zero-carb sweetener like stevia or monk fruit drops if you prefer liquid sweeteners.
- If you do not use protein powder, you may need a little more heavy cream for texture.
