Ingredients
Scale
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
1 pound broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons harissa paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, harissa paste, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
Place the salmon fillets and broccoli florets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle everything with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the broccoli lightly to coat.
Brush half of the honey harissa glaze evenly over the tops of the salmon fillets.
Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the salmon.
Return the pan to the oven and roast for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can find harissa paste in the international aisle of most large grocery stores. If you prefer less spice, start with one tablespoon of paste.
If your salmon fillets are very thick, you may need to add 2 to 3 minutes to the total cooking time.
For meal prep, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
